JUJY currently ships its products to the following destinations:

  • Metropolitan France

  • European Union

  • International (outside the European Union)


Origin of shipment

JUJY orders are shipped directly from our logistics centers located in China.

This logistical choice ensures product availability and maintains consistent manufacturing and quality control standards.


Order preparation

Orders are prepared within an average of 24 to 48 working hours after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the following working day.


Estimated delivery times

The delivery times indicated below are provided for guidance purposes only and may vary depending on the destination, the carrier and customs formalities.

  • France : 6 to 10 business days

  • European Union : 6 to 10 business days

  • International (outside the EU) : 6 to 10 business days

JUJY cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control (customs controls, weather conditions, periods of high activity, exceptional events).


Transport and tracking of parcels

Deliveries are handled by international carriers.

A tracking number is provided by email as soon as the order is shipped, allowing the customer to track the delivery of their package.


Delivery costs

Delivery is free , with no minimum purchase required.

Preparation, transport and tracking fees are included in the price displayed on the website.


Customs and taxes

Any applicable customs duties and taxes are included in the order price.

No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.


Packages not delivered, refused or returned

In case of delivery problems (incorrect address, unclaimed package, refusal of delivery), the customer is invited to contact JUJY customer service at the following address: contact@jujy.fr .

Each situation will be studied on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds or reshipments are not automatic and depend on the analysis of the transport and the circumstances of the delivery.


Responsibility

JUJY remains responsible until the package is handed over to the carrier.

Once the order has been shipped, responsibility for transport is transferred to the carrier.

The customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the delivery information provided when placing the order.
