Returns and refunds
The provisions below define the conditions for returns and refunds applicable to orders placed on the JUJY website.
Reporting a defect or non-conformity
Any claim related to a product defect, damage or error must be reported within 7 working days of receiving the order.
After this period, No claims will be accepted.

Packages lost in transit
When a package is declared lost by the carrier, proof of tracking may be requested.
A refund or replacement shipment can only be offered after official confirmation from the carrier.
Damaged or incorrect products
If you receive a product:

damaged
-
defective,
-
or different from the one ordered
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery , attaching the following:

clear photos or videos of the product,
-
a photo of the packaging,
-
the order number.
Possible coverage:

Full refund , or
-
New shipment , depending on the situation.
Minor imperfections related to transport (micro-scratches, slightly crumpled packaging) do not give rise to a refund.
Packages marked as delivered

If the carrier confirms delivery with proof (signature or geolocation), no claim can be accepted.

In the absence of proof of delivery, a review of the file may be carried out.
Product returns
Due to the international nature of the shipment and the high cost of returns to our logistics centers, physical returns are not encouraged .
In most cases:

Returning the product to China is more expensive than the product itself.

and presents risks of loss or damage.
No returns should be made without prior written approval from our customer service department.
Items not eligible for return
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not returnable:

medical devices used,

opened gels, masks or cosmetic products,

items on sale
-
gift cards.
Right of withdrawal - European Union
In accordance with European regulations, you have a legal period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal before using the product .
However :

The product must be new, unused, and in its original, undamaged packaging .

The return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Any product that has been used or opened cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons.

The practical details are specified by customer service upon written request.
Refunds
Once your request has been accepted:

The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

within 7 to 10 working days after validation.
Bank processing times may vary depending on your institution.
Cases not covered
The following situations do not give rise to a refund:

change of mind after receipt,

Incorrect address or incomplete information provided by the customer,

refusal of delivery without valid reason

orders to hard-to-reach areas or post office boxes,
-
delays due to events beyond our control
(customs, climatic conditions, international context, force majeure).
